Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By using MyBrainAge (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Entertainment only
Brain Age, IQ estimates, and AI coaching are for entertainment and personal curiosity. They are not medical, clinical, diagnostic, or employment assessments.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your login credentials and activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
4. Purchases & Paddle
Paid features (one-time unlocks and subscriptions) are sold through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, tax calculation/collection where applicable, invoicing, and payment processing. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
5. Subscriptions
Premium plans renew until canceled. Manage or cancel via the billing link in your Paddle receipt/email or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.
6. Acceptable use
Do not abuse, reverse engineer, scrape, attack, or misuse the Service; do not attempt to bypass paywalls or rate limits; do not upload unlawful content.
7. Intellectual property
App design, software, question banks, and branding remain owned by MyBrainAge or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal license to use the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBrainAge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
