Who we are

MyBrainAge provides cognitive training and entertainment estimates. Contact: support@mybrainage.app.

Data we collect

Account email and password hash; optional display name and age; test sessions, answers, scores; exercise completions; analytics events (page views, funnels) with hashed IP and user-agent; referral codes.

Payments

Card and billing details are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record). We receive transaction/subscription identifiers and status needed to unlock features — we do not store full card numbers.

Accounts

You can create an account with email/password or sign in with Google. If you use Google, we receive your Google account id, verified email, and display name from Google to create or link your MyBrainAge account. We do not receive your Google password.

AI features

When you request AI analysis or AI daily exercises, relevant score summaries may be sent to our AI provider to generate insights. Do not submit sensitive personal health information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for visitor identity, login session, and admin session. These are required for the Service to function.

Retention

We keep account and session data while your account is active and as needed for security, abuse prevention, and legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing support.

Sharing

We share data with processors that help run the Service (hosting, database, Paddle, Google for optional Sign in with Google, OpenAI if enabled). We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

Access or update your account via the dashboard; cancel subscriptions via Paddle; request export/deletion by contacting support.

International

Data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region).

Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
